- Misting System Drain Valve Characteristics:
- Automatically opens at given pressure, to allow for the drainage of liquid from systems.
- Used for the prevention of supply line freezing and the release of pressure in the supply line, thus slowing mineral buildup on nozzle heads.
- 30 psi is for use with a low pressure system.
- 70 psi is for use with a high pressure system (100 psi minimum)
